You may not, without our prior written consent:
Reproduce or republish our Content (in whole or in part);

10.2 Your content
If you submit, post, or share content with us (e.g. comments, replies, testimonials, posts in the Facebook group, questions during live sessions), you:
Confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to share that content;
Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Services and our marketing, for as long as is reasonably necessary;

11. Important Disclaimers — Educational Content Only, No Guarantee of Results
Please read this section carefully. It is an essential part of these Terms.
11.1 General nature of our content
Therapist Grow provides business education, training, frameworks, and informational content designed to help helping professionals develop their private practice. Our Content is educational and informational in nature.
Our Content is not, and shall not be construed as:
Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment — even though our founder is a qualified medical doctor, his work through Therapist Grow is strictly limited to business education and is entirely separate from any medical practice. No doctor–patient relationship is created through your use of the Services.
Psychological, psychotherapeutic, or clinical advice of any kind;
Legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice — please consult appropriately qualified professionals in your jurisdiction;
Regulatory or compliance advice specific to your professional body, insurance, or country.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any decision you make based on our Content complies with the legal, ethical, professional, and regulatory framework that applies to your practice in your country (including, by way of example only, BACP, UKCP, BPS, BABCP, HCPC, ICO, ACTO, NCPS, GHR, CNHC, ICF, EMCC, AC, FF2P, SFAP, FSP/FSEA, BVVP, NIP, NVO, COP-CG, COIB, OPP, or any equivalent body).
11.2 No guarantee of results, income, or clients
We work hard to deliver content of the highest quality. However, we make no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — about:
The number of new clients, enquiries, or bookings you will obtain;
The amount of income or revenue you will generate;
The growth, success, or sustainability of your private practice;
The effectiveness of any specific strategy, framework, or technique in your specific situation;
Any specific business, marketing, professional, or personal outcome.
Your results will depend on many factors outside of our control, including but not limited to: your effort, skills, experience, qualifications, market conditions, geography, niche, pricing, ethics, regulatory environment, prior visibility, branding, and the time you invest in implementing the strategies.
Any examples, case studies, or testimonials that may appear on our Services or in our communications are illustrative only and do not represent typical results. They are not promises or guarantees that you will achieve similar outcomes.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept that building a private practice involves risk and uncertainty, and that you assume full responsibility for your professional, business, and financial decisions.
11.3 Third-party content and links
Our Services may contain links to or references to third-party websites, tools, or content (e.g. software, books, articles, social media). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or any consequence resulting from your use of them.
11.4 Service availability
We aim to keep the Services available, accurate, and up to date. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure access. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
12. Right of Withdrawal — Consumers (B2C) Only
This Section applies only to Consumers within the meaning of EU/EEA, UK, or Swiss consumer law. It does not apply to Professionals.
12.1 Statutory withdrawal right (EU/EEA Consumers)
Under Articles 9 to 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (transposed in Belgium at Articles VI.47 to VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law, and in equivalent provisions in other Member States), Consumers have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving any reason and without incurring any cost other than those provided by law.
The withdrawal period:
Begins on the day the contract is concluded for digital services and digital content (such as our online programs);
Begins on the day of receipt for tangible goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement of your decision (e.g. by email to [TO CONFIRM: hello@therapistgrow.com]) before the end of the 14-day period. You may use the model withdrawal form in Annex 1 but you are not required to.
12.2 Reimbursement
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification, using the same means of payment as your original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back (where applicable) or until you have provided proof of return.
12.3 Loss of withdrawal right — Important
In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Article VI.53, 13° Belgian Code of Economic Law), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium if:
(i) Performance has begun with your prior express consent, AND
(ii) You acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
In accordance with Article 16(a) of the same Directive, the right of withdrawal also does not apply to services fully performed if performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
At the time of purchase, you may be asked to expressly consent to the immediate execution of the contract and to acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right. If you give this consent, you waive your withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law. If you do not wish to waive your withdrawal right, you must not request immediate access; access will be granted after the 14-day period.
12.4 UK Consumers
UK Consumers benefit from substantively equivalent rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including a 14-day cancellation period and equivalent rules on the loss of cancellation right for digital content.
12.5 Swiss Consumers
Swiss law does not generally provide a statutory withdrawal right for distance contracts equivalent to the EU regime. Swiss Consumers are therefore not entitled to the 14-day withdrawal right described above unless we voluntarily grant it. We may extend the 14-day right to Swiss Consumers as a commercial gesture, in which case it will be expressly stated at the time of purchase.
13. Refund Policy (Beyond Statutory Withdrawal)
Beyond the statutory withdrawal right described in Section 12 (where applicable):
No refunds are granted after the 14-day withdrawal period.
Where a Customer experiences a proven lack of conformity of the Services with the description provided at the time of purchase, the Customer is entitled to the remedies provided by the legal warranty applicable in their country (in Belgium, Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code; in the EU, Directive (EU) 2019/770 on contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services; in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015; in Switzerland, Articles 197 et seq. of the Code of Obligations).
We genuinely care about Customer satisfaction and will examine any reasonable complaint with care.
14. Legal Warranty for Conformity
Independently of any commercial refund or guarantee, Consumers benefit from the legal warranty for conformity provided by:
EU/EEA: Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content and digital services and Directive (EU) 2019/771 on the sale of goods, as transposed in their country of residence (in Belgium: Articles 1649bis et seq. of the Civil Code);
UK: the Consumer Rights Act 2015;
Switzerland: Articles 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
These warranties cover defects in conformity of digital content/services for at least two (2) years from delivery in the EU and the UK, and two (2) years in Switzerland (subject to the rules on continuous-supply contracts).
To exercise these rights, please contact us at [TO CONFIRM: hello@therapistgrow.com] with a description of the issue.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of clients, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of reputation, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or our Content.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services (whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) shall not exceed:
For Customers of paid Services: the total amount actually paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability;
For Visitors and Subscribers using only free Services: fifty euros (€50) as a symbolic cap reflecting the absence of consideration.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any non-waivable consumer rights.
You agree that the limitations of liability set out in this Section are reasonable, in particular in light of the educational nature of the Services and the prices charged.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Therapist Grow, its founder, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claim, demand, damage, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Your breach of these Terms;
Your misuse of the Services or Content;
Your violation of any law or third-party rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights);
Any content you submit or share.
This Section does not apply to Consumers to the extent prohibited by mandatory consumer-protection law.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability (subject to the rights of Consumers), suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services if:
You breach these Terms;
Your use of the Services creates a legal, security, or reputational risk for us;
We discontinue the Services in whole or in part.
For paid Services, in the event of termination for cause attributable to us, Customers will be entitled to a pro-rata refund for any portion of the Services not yet delivered.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) shall remain in effect.
18. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, internet or hosting outages, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
This choice of law shall not deprive a Consumer of the protection afforded to them by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence, in accordance with Article 6(2) of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I Regulation).
20. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

22. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.
23. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations to any successor entity (e.g. as part of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring), provided that your rights are not materially diminished.
